Tying Athena to Facebook to Pull Data for you --

Okay so — this might be where you’re all scared of breaking shit. ‘Cause I know I was where my stuff was concerned.

I have such a love/hate(hate, hate, more hate) relationship with Facebook ads, and they’ve been such a pain in the past, even when they have been making me money, and I’ve had my account yanked twice in the past…13 months? So any time I get too deep in the weeds with them I’m all 😬😬😬 about it.

HOWEVER…

I am all about better living through AI.

AND — I cracked Amazon Attribution link creation en bulk last night, so clearly getting over my Facebook PTSD was next on deck.

Especially because I was hanging out with Michael (Evans, name dropping, lol if you see this Michael I’m sorry) yesterday and he was all, “You’ve gotta do it!” and basically yeah —

‘cause as an aside, recently, anytime anyone’s told me to do a thing and I’ve felt a kick back in my soul about it, I’ve realized that that’s just related to stupid fears and baggage that’s not worth holding onto — so all the more reason to plunge forward and—

It only took like 30 mins to set up and most of that was me copying and pasting screen shares.

I did it with my GPT, so I know you can do it with yours.

Then I tossed my ads acct and acquired API token to Claude Code, who’s also got all my Athena code and access to my Supabase, and VOILA.

Now I don’t have to export anything for Athena to do the Facebook ads math with!!!

I can click on Athena in her folder to activate her, and she’ll pull my Facebook ads data on the DAILY.

Riding the high of this success, I’ve also asked Claude to code me up a way to create facebook ads (based off of me giving him creative repositories) with API, because if that works, it’ll be fucking MAGNIFICENT —

It’ll be so perfect I cannot even BREATHE.

Can you imagine all your FB ads just being handled for you?

I’d put in my budget rules, OFC, but like, what if it just looked at everything at 0001 each night, made the decisions that were appropriate for it, and then gave me a list of new creatives it needed to keep feeding the beast indefinitely?

(That I could then hand off to Nate, or another AI?)

HA!

That would be LIVING THE DREAM!

And, I already created those IG book quotes using python and FFMPEG two months ago — I shared that here (did I call it Orpheus, or Hermes, I forget, LOL) — that I’ve never done anything with because I’ve been too busy creating my army that I’ve let my sales slip terribly in the meantime…

But, shit, I knew I was on the cusp of this.

And my Nate’s been killing it on Facebook reels, so I’ve tons of those videos that I can use to advertise things….

I am gonna be UNSTOPPABLE(er) shortly.

Imma get woo w/you here, ‘cause if you’ve made it this far you’re probably a safe person.

But like — I can absolutely, 100%, all the way, envision a future in which I put in one book and:

it gets translated x 28 (or up to 50!) languages automatically

it gets turned into a beautiful epub & pdf automatically

it gets 28-50 covers localized for it automatically

it gets published in every lang (or queued to publish) on every vendor

I create a high quality AI audiobook for it in every language automatically

it gets posted to all the audiobook vendors in every language, automatically

after it gets up on Amazon I get all the AMZ attribution links for it in all the possible languages automatically

all of the best quotes to use for facebook ads in all those languages get pulled for me to use and I get all my social material set instantly

my Shopify store is updated with the information it needs for each language’s page to include that book for sale automatically, including its audiobooks

I email out enthusiastic newsletters in all of those languages to announce its arrival, with images and pull quotes, directing people to where they can buy it most easily for them, automatically

And then my studio goes on to make vertical dramas of all of my work AND Steam games — not entirely automatically, but pretty dang close.

And all I have to do is sit back and write <3
